Did the jobour dog had cut pad and we needed to keep it clean once he was allowed out. He didn't like this and would try to pull it off - the trick is to put it on just as you are going out. He is then so excited to be going out that it doesn't seem to bother him.
you need to make sure you follow instructions about fastening to ensure it stays on. I am keeping it in case of further accidents. he is always getting into scrapes!Posted on

great ideaI bought a vet boot because our dog had an operation on leg and couldn't get the area wet.
She wasn't too happy when we first put it on but then realised she was allowed outside with it - and was fine every time after that.
It kept the wound dry but obviously you couldn't go out in heavy rain because rain would enter at the top of the leg however tight you fastened it.
I would say make sure you read the measruements to get the right size! I think this is a great product!Posted on

Good bootI tested this boot. It is not 100% waterproof but if you need to protect a foot or leg wound 24 hrs a day from bite interference it is breathable and the dressing stays dry. I am very pleased with this product and have ordered more
NOTE ADDED BY COUNTRY MUN STAFF - The boot is designed to be waterproof in normal use and will keep an injured leg/paw dry. - but unless it is fastened very tightly at top with the velcro strap then it would obviously allow in a little water at the top if used in heavy rain etc. It is NOT designed to be waterproof when immersed in water - eg when swimming, in the bath etc.Posted on
